Prices & payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are FCA Cincinnati (Incoterms 2010). The prices shown in the ARKU Shop apply, plus packaging and shipping if applicable.
All prices stated are net prices.
The information on quality, scope of delivery and prices shown in the ARKU shop at the time of ordering shall apply.
Payment is due within 14 days after invoicing. Any reminder fees shall be borne by the customer.
The terms of payment are subject to approval by our trade credit insurance.
Seller assumes that the products will be exempt from any state and local sales tax and may require a certificate of sales tax exemption before shipment.
Delivery time
The delivery time is shown on the article. The delivery time applies from receipt of payment. If an article is not available, delivery times are available upon request. The indication of the delivery time is not binding, unless there is a written agreement to the contrary.
If an item is not available on short notice, we will inform you by email about the expected delivery time.
In case of delays for delivery due to force majeure or delays for delivery which ARKU is not responsible, there will be no claim for damages.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs shown in the shopping cart are net process and depend on the respective product and the country of delivery. For oversized shipments and import duties to Switzerland we show an additional flat rate.
In addition, we are happy to offer you an express delivery upon request, which we charge according to expenditure.
